Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to the Rhyme&Reason Media x 10ofThose x Christianhood Instagram Giveaway contest (hereinafter: “Contest”) organized by Rhyme&Reason Media (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

1. Participation Requirements. In order to participate in the Contest, you will have to:

1.1. Follow @rhyme_reason , @10ofThose & @Christianhood_clothing on Instagram

1.2. Like the "Giveaway" Instagram post by @rhyme_reason , @10ofThose and @Christianhood_clothing

1.3. Comment on the relevant Instagram post by @rhyme_reason, @10ofThose and @Christianhood_clothing (hereinafter “Post”) including the following detail:

1.2.1. Tag (@ mention) 2 friends

 

2. Undertakings.

2.1. By commenting on the Post, you accept all these terms and conditions and undertake to fulfill them.

3. Contest Timeline:

3.1. The Contenst will begin on Saturday, March 25, 2023, once the Post is published on the Rhyme&Reason Media, 10ofThose & Christianhood Clothing Instagram pages.

3.2. The Contest will end Tuesday, April 4. 2023 at 5pm BST

3.3. Any comments entered after Tuesday, April 4. 2023 at 5pm BST will not be eligible to participate.

3.4. The winners of the contest will be announced within 24hrs of the end of the Contest, via a direct message on Instagram and via an Instagram Story on the Rhyme&Reason Media Instagram page.

3.5. The Organizer may change any of the dates specified herein upon its sole discretion.

4. Eligibility.

4.1. You must be 18 years of age or older; You approve that there is no legal prohibition on your participation in the Contest; You must fulfill all the terms and conditions of participation. Employees of the Organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to decide whether a user may not participate in the Contest at its sole discretion and for any reason (including for professional, technical, procedural, or substantive reason). The decision of whether a user will participate or not will be made only by the Organizer and shall be final.

4.3. The Organizer is committed to complying with the sanctions laws and regulations of the United Kingdom. Accordingly, sanctioned countries, individuals/entities from sanctioned countries and individuals/entities named on a sanctions list are not allowed to participate in the Contest.

5. Winner Selection and Prizes.

5.1. The winners will be chosen at random (or as close as is possible) by the 3 organisations involved, using an online random picker. Following selection, the Winners will be contacted by direct message. If no response is recieved before 12:00pm BST on 5th April, the prize will be offered to another randomly picked entry. 

5.2. The prizes for the winners are non-transferable and provided "as is". Organizer is not responsible for any prize supplied by any third party and makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning the Prize (or any portion thereof) and disclaims any implied warranty. Prizes will be sent to a physical address within the United Kingdom where the winners are not in attendance at Word Alive. You are obliged to provide full and complete details of your United Kingdom physical address in the event of winning. The absence of a physical address and/or a physical address that is incomplete or inaccurate/or a physical address outside of the United Kingdom may deny the right to receive a prize. You understand the prizes will be sent by a third party and that the Organizer has no involvement or control over the delivery. The Organizer will not be liable in any circumstances for the consequences of any delay in delivery.

5.3. Prizes relating to photos taken at a. photo booth or b. on the Wednesday of word alive, are dependant on attendance at the event on Wednesday 5th March, and will not be provided in the event of a non-attendee winning.

6. Representations. You acknowledge, represent and undertake to Organizers that:

6.1 you do not and shall not have any kind of rights to any intellectual property of the company entailed in it, including, but not limited to, copyrights or moral rights of the Organizer;

6.2 your participation in the Contest and your obligations in accordance with these terms and conditions do not and will not violate, conflict with, or result in a breach under any other agreement to which you are a party;

6.3 You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive any claim or demand for any improper use of your handle and/or the manner of presentation of the winner announcement, as well as regarding any matter related to the Contest, inclusive of, without limitation, its operation, terms of use and any other matter related thereto;

6.4 you agree that the Organizer will be entitled to use your name and/or image and/or photos for presentation and promotion of the Contest and announcement of the winners, if and to the extent the Organizer may desire, at its exclusive discretion.
